Wrap-Around Labeler
Tadbik offers two ways of applying partial or full wrap labels to your non-tapered cylindrical containers:

  • An independent motor driven wrap station that rotates the container by using a rubber-coated belt and a sponge-backing pad, to assist in applying the label.
  • A three-roller system that consists of a fixed drive roller and to idler rollers. The idler rollers trap the container against the drive roller and the label is then applied. This system allows for label orientation to your round containers with handles.
In-feed modules for these wrap labeling systems include wheel spacing, feed screws or a pneumatic spacing device.
